The entry visa to the UAE as a tourist is  free and valid for 30 days, with this visa isn’t allowed to work , rent / buy apartments and / or cars, and open bank accounts.
Once you find a job, you usually could get the sponsorship of the work and residence visa (valid for 3 years and renewable) by the employer, which will cover all the costs for obtaining the same. Therefore it would be 'appropriate and advisable to do research work from your Country not to don’t find a job within 30 days of validity' of the tourist visa.
